Description and Requirements

The Healthfirst Community Engagement Department (CE) supports membership growth and retention efforts, builds trust in Healthfirst in the communities we serve; collaborates with community groups that are affiliated by geographic proximity, special interests or similar situations with respect to issues affecting their well-being. This is achieved through the creation of culturally relevant programming that is aligned with Healthfirst's growth strategy and executed with the support of key internal departments and community organizations. The Analyst Community Partnerships (ACP) champions and promotes CE's portfolio of Healthfirst-produced engagements in the community to gain commitments for our engagements using a long term approach. The ACP accomplishes this through a communication program for community organizations (e.g., business owners, major retailers, government agencies, schools, faith-based organizations, health and wellness service providers, and a variety of network medical professionals); applied knowledge of socioeconomic trends, CE survey data, and competitive community engagement efforts; and understanding needs and concerns of the community. Community support is evidenced by their enthusiastic co-promotion of our events, participating in them, creating attractive exhibits for them, and supporting CE measurement efforts post-event. The ACP assists in identifying event management solutions and suitable venues programming and engagements. The ACP also assists the Clinical Partnerships, Pharmacy and other non-sales internal partners with community outreach initiatives.
