Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Total Rewards team! This position is responsible for developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas; conducting market analyses and making recommendations; participating in salary surveys and assisting in the annual salary compensation review. Will support the administration of compensation including salary and API (Annual Performance Incentive) calculations. In addition, will assist with the analysis of data to provide information on the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned.

NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex, requiring three days working in the office per week, working from home the other two days. Relocation is NOT available, sponsorship will NOT be extended.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree OR 4 years' experience working directly in Human Resources.
  • Solid analytical planning experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency with compiling complex or diverse information and able to present in a clear concise manner.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Compensation Certification (i.e. CCP).
  • Proficiency utilizing Workday.
  • Experience developing compensation programs (i.e. base pay, premium pay, and ancillary pay) for effectiveness and market competitiveness.
  • Experience with job description creation and analysis as well as wage and salary administration.
