SUMMARY:
This remote position will support the Cost Operations Manager with daily and monthly work requirements of the General Accounting department by coding, tracking, and processing all inventory and advertising related invoices through Oracle Cloud Payables. The Cost Coordinator will work closely with the Accounts Payable department, marketing, advertising department and various editorial and production assistants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare invoices for data entry
- Verify invoice data against purchase orders, receiving documents, or contracts
- Enter production and advertising invoices into Oracle Cloud Payables
- Research and effectively communicate resolution of vendor issues
- Prepare various month-end reports and analyses
- Participate in special projects on an as-needed basis
- Assist with system enhancement testing

- Must have a High School Diploma
- Ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge with emphasis on Word and Excel

The compensation range for this position is $53,000-$55,000. Salary can vary based on a number of factors including skills, experience, and location — talk with your recruiter to learn more. There may be times that you will be required (or requested) to work overtime due to the nature of your role or exceptional workload issues or special projects.
