Zoro Tools, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Recommendations in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field plus 5 years related experience. Prior experience must include: Build business case and strategy for technology products including working in a complex corporate structure with active participation in multi-discipline, high-performance teams to identify and analyze operational issues and customer buying behaviors; Build products involving advanced system design, advanced algorithm development/implementation/testing such as artificial intelligence or machine learning products; Work with Data Querying technologies like Microsoft SQL Server to perform analytical methods including data interpretation, optimization, and predictive modeling; Utilize Design Thinking to understand customer behavior specifically involving sales data and customer behavior data to create offers and recommendations for customers such as recommendation engines, promotions, marketing strategies etc.; Interact and influence Senior Leadership including C-suite executives inclusive of creating management reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Office Software; Recommend strategies through the analysis of primary market research involving customer surveys, focus groups and market research analytics such as Net Promoter Score; Explore, evaluate and validate business processes, customer offering and business models to develop strategies to enter new markets, acquire companies and improve profitability. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S. Please submit resume to https://jobs.grainger.com, reference job #312913.
