Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience as a technical writer.
- Experience with technical documentation, developer facing, Cloud APIs, networking protocols, or network architecture.
- Experience with HTML or markdown in a Unix environment.
- 10 years of experience as a technical writer, documenting technologies with researching and writing documentation for developers.
- Experience with computer networking technologies, such as DNS, routers, the BGP routing protocol, firewalls and firewall rules including iptables, Virtual Private Networks and cloud-based services, and load balancers and proxies.

Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation for developers and network and security engineers, including concept documents, how-to guides, and API reference documents.
- Design and organize documentation sets for new features.
- Rewrite and reorganize existing documentation to improve the customer experience.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills.
- Manage documentation projects, and take responsibility for the quality of documentation.
