As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The team's mission is to keep activity private across a free and open internet. The anti-covert tracking team works across platforms to address user tracking, increase transparency around tracking behaviors, and build privacy preserving alternatives.
The Privacy Sandbox initiative aims to create technologies that both protect people's privacy online and give companies and developers tools to build thriving digital businesses. Our team is dedicated to strengthening the Web and Android platform against tracking and fingerprinting, while also developing new privacy-preserving APIs to support personalization and measurement on the web. We are committed to collaborating with stakeholders in the industry to develop and implement viable, alternative solutions in a way that protects the privacy of users while also ensuring the continued vitality of the web.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
- Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders' needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals, build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
- Run programs managing a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Communicate by writing project summaries, reports, and briefings for senior Google decision makers and external audiences.
