Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Go or Python.
- Experience with network equipment providers.
- Experience in Operations with routers and switches.
- Experience building, deploying or supporting a large scale network infrastructure.
- Understanding of transport networking, routing, and switching at scale.
- Knowledge of IP network infrastructures and protocols.
- Knowledge of SDN, network architecture, and networking protocols.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Create workflow, network monitoring/troubleshooting automation to improve the Network.
- Debug complex issues and root cause incidents impacting the network and customers.
- Develop and help debug and mitigate risk profiles for network health.
- Lead improvements in documentation, playbooks, and training for support organizations.
- Work with network design, deployment, and engineering teams to operationalize stable, scalable platforms.
