Quality and Sustainability Systems Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 3 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in highly regulated industries, especially in medical device, with expertise in product lifecycle management, consumer hardware engineering, operations, and quality management systems development.
  • 10 years of technical experience with the team center suite of applications (e.g., CAD, PDM, PLM, MPP, IMM).
  • Experience measuring and optimizing hardware engineering processes with a focus on cost, quality, on-time performance, sustainability, and other key metrics.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with globally distributed teams, ensuring timely project delivery.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Manage, lead, and drive high cost, high benefit large-scale software projects from ideation through implementation. Own all aspects of delivery (i.e., planning, communication, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
    • Create and maintain the technical implementation plan of record, providing regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders, exectuive leadership cross-functionally.
    • Work with partner organizations to manage technical and business aspects of project(s), partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to drive alignment and prioritization.
    • Define, develop, roll out, and continuously evolve development and release processes and tools, with the mindset of driving operational excellence and the ability to scale.
    • Develop and execute on organizational change management plans and communications.
