Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
- 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User Experience/User interface (UX/UI), business finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in Ads space and facilitating consumer experience (e.g., end user or customer journeys).

The Communication ads mission is to enable businesses to interact with users through useful and contextual experiences on Search. The team's goal is to motivate quality interactions across the solution portfolio.The Communication Ads Team is working on solutions to grow the platform native forms solution into a Google scale business.Google aims to build products that organize the world's information and make it universally accessible to our users. As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. The end goal will be to match you with the team that best aligns with your interests, experience, and where you will have the most impact.
Responsibilities
- Scale a growth-focused solution within a team environment at Google, allowing for professional development and impact.
- Own responsibility for the ads product, spanning both advertiser and consumer experiences, along with business generation strategies.
- Motivate the expansion of platform-native ad experiences, starting with Search and extending to other prominent Google properties like YouTube, Gmail, and Discover.
- Motivate solution which includes both the advertiser and consumer experience, including business generation.
- Take responsibility for building, launching, and growing platform native experiences on Search to set the path for other channels such as YouTube, Gmail and Discover.
