Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product management, and systems architecture or technology strategy.
- Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
- Experience with technical aptitude, with the ability to balance perspectives of the infrastructure engineers that build the systems and the application developers that use them.
- Experience driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with minimal oversight.
- Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
- Excellent communication, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving skills, with ability to succeed in a highly cross-functional, ambiguous environment.

As a Product Manager for the Personalization Data Platform, you will operate with Google's key product areas from Search to Ads to YouTube to Geo. Working to build features into the platform, you will partner with existing senior Product Managers in the team and cross-functional team members to help specify a cohesive set of capabilities that enable sustainable and safe journeys for personalization. Keeping customer needs at the forefront, you will interface with client teams, and ultimately develop and execute against a product strategy and roadmap, in turn transforming our infrastructure capabilities.

We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. Responsibilities
- Discover unmet customer needs around personalization and turn your discoveries into features and new products by working with technical design.
- Educate, promote, and gather feedback for the product through internal summits, executive, and private presentations.
- Source new clients and work with existing clients to gather requirements for future development and enhancements.
- Identify trends in the personalization space and translate into a relevant set of features to accelerate product adoption.
- Work with cross-functional teams including UX and Tech Writers to summarize findings and propose changes to improve product APIs, features, and documentation.
