Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience leading sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, as well as influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders, and driving results.
- Experience managing/developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared purpose.
- Experience in mobile apps advertising, measurement, data science, incrementality, product engineering.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising, and the key competitor landscape across media advertising.
- Knowledge of customer business objectives, with the ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to propose technologies across a diverse landscape of key decision makers, and to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet marketing objectives.
- Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and senior partner stakeholders, develop an understanding of business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities, make decisions, and support activities.
