Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.

  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA, Master's degree or PhD.
  • Experience working with Google Ads products.
  • Ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally.

  • Ability to set a goal and translate it into tactical quarterly goals.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.

About the job

In this role, you will lead the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Privacy go-to-market strategy, including how GCS customers and users engage with our products and solutions. You will engage with the various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive product changes and create go-to-market strategies and effective incentive systems. You will shape valuable global experience, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries and uncover new insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define GCS product and go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy within GCS from concept to scale.
  • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert on Google's Privacy ecosystem and how our customers use our Measurement products.
  • Identify key product needs across GCS and partner with Product and Engineering teams to execute action plans, partner with in-region teams to ensure promoter readiness to support new products/features.
  • Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching and measuring success.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in-region.
