gTech's Analytics, Products, and Tools team (gAPT) leverages user insights and generative AI technology to improve or automate Google's Ads customer support experiences. gAPT partners with gTech's Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to simplify the Ads support products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

As a Global Product Lead, you will partner with Product Management (PM), Engineering, and gTech Ads support to define and deliver the next generation of support experiences. You will be part of a fast-pace team that works cross-functionally to build, launch, and land new support experiences, driving personalization, automation, operational cost savings, customer success, and product success.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Form and drive the Support platform strategy, balancing near-term impact and long-term success.
  • Synthesize business and technical needs into aligned feature, experiment, and platform roadmaps, partnering across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Lead cross-functional working groups through the execution of self-service and automation projects and programs.
  • Act as the spokesperson for the business and technical needs/constraints across business and technical teams, including authoring consolidated business requirements.
  • Understand support technologies in order to form proposals for optimal customer-centric technical solutions.
