Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience working directly with executives on programs, agendas, and status updates.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Solid sense of accountability and ability to maintain attention to execution details.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems resulting in business impact.
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with ability to develop succinct and executive-ready written materials and facilitate meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

    As the Executive Operations Lead, you will be responsible for shaping, driving, and monitoring programs aligned to the President's priorities to drive effective and impactful initiatives.

    In this role, you will report to the North America Chief of Staff, and play an integral role in a dynamic and high-impact team. With this team, you will focus on the tenets of living in service, connecting teams, and driving simplicity - with the end goal of delivering the greatest possible value and experiences to Google Cloud's stakeholders and audiences.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead time-sensitive strategic projects for executive leaders by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
    • Partner and influence cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Strategy and Operations, People Operations and other teams to scope, manage and execute strategic projects.
    • Drive stakeholder communications on initiative scope, status, and results, including developing executive-ready communications (e.g., emails and presentations).
    • Support executive communications and engagements within the organization, shaping the agendas for cadence of executive meetings.
    • Work across all levels of Google to drive alignment and execution on business goals, owning end-to-end execution of workstreams or sub-workstreams on behalf of the Regional President.
