Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading or executing consumer product system design, hardware architecture, New Product Introduction (NPI), or product delivery.
- Experience managing a team.
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with architecture and design of circuit boards, including chipset, memory, high-speed communication interfaces, or power.
- Experience integrating battery, memories, power supply, display, sensors, and analog design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Set strategy on architecture, connectivity, power, and electrical innovation, and influence areas with Platforms and Ecosystems.
- Lead an Electrical Engineering team through all phases of product development, and work with cross-functional teams to develop hardware architecture and systems for next generation products.
- Connect product definition mapping to features and electrical implementation, with an understanding of how data flows in a system, what matters, and how to build it.
- Lead the team on key systems electrical, architectural, and implementation trade-offs on products.
- Design products, influence and define system specification, communicate ideas, and discuss solutions with teams.
