Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
- Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with database technologies and data analytics (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- 2 years of experience in Linux/Unix, networking, and electronics.
- 2 years of experience delivering technical solutions to business problems in a semi-autonomous work environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,500-$139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and launch internal tools for gTech Digitization Services.
- Maintain existing tools and hardware infrastructure in Book Scanning Operations and work with the regional technicians team.
- Develop internal databases, reports, and tools to support operations.
- Analyze work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with a global team of Support Engineers, software developers, and operations staff to support a wide range of projects beyond book scanning.
