Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Materials Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a consumer electronics technical environment, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Master's degree in Control, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Industry experience in control system design, development, and validation.
- Knowledge and experience in camera autofocus and optical image stabilization controller design.
- Expertise in control systems modeling, analysis, and control algorithm development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the next-gen Auto Focus (AF) and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) driver IC architecture design, feature, and algorithm development.
- Design and implement control algorithms and innovative imaging features for AF and OIS systems.
- Model, analyze, synthesize, and implement AF and OIS control systems.
- Lead cross-functional failure analysis and corrective actions for AF and OIS actuators.
- Create AF and OIS control system tuning strategy, testing, and validation plans.
