Will earn a competitive salary of $54,643- $79,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

As an Auto Physical Damage Claim Representative II, you will thrive within our dynamic and fast paced environment by supplying best in class service to our members. By reviewing documents, working with members to review their case file and walking them through the auto repair process. You will handle moderately to complex claims including Total Losses. Also you will be determining cause of damage, inspecting vehicles and preparing estimates of damage as well as monitoring repairs.

Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have Estimating Background
Securing and evaluating information
Ability to take investigate and document statements and findings
Some knowledge of Negligence Law preferred
Excellent time management skills

IV. Work Environment
Works in a temperature controlled office environment. Depending on line frequent travel may be required to various repair facilities in order to conduct inspections/re-inspections, visit patients, hospitals, attorneys, rehabilitation centers, repair facilities, etc. per with exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes. For Homeowners and CAT may require deployment to territories impacted by storms.
