Analytics Team Lead, Priorities User Areas

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in a Management, Scientific, Technical, or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in data analytics or statistical analysis in the technology industry.
  
• Experience collaborating and building relationships with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience translating analysis results into business recommendations.
  
• Ability to select statistical tools to solve a data analysis problem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will lead a team in insights led strategy and product development, and contribute to cross-knowledge and information Data Science/Analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership through proactive and strategic contributions, and use insights and analytics to drive decisions and alignment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Search, Google Maps, Shopping, Assistant, and Ads.
• Develop an analytics roadmap for the team, establish the project goals, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership.
• Conduct problem-solving, analysis, and work with datasets to solve difficult problems through the application of advanced analytical methods.
