We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to lead our Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Solutions team. This leader will own the strategy, execution, and performance of a high growth sales organization focused on selling custom solutions to biopharma companies to help them surface and integrate their copay assistance programs, patient services programs, affordability tools, and adherence solutions to consumers and HCPs on the GoodRx platform. This individual will have scaled sales organizations and revenue from $100M to $500M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Scale Sales Team: Build, coach, and manage a high-performing consultative sales organization focused on strategic pharmaceutical partnerships.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own revenue targets for copay, cash and affordability product lines as well as Consumer and HCP Awareness portfolio; develop go-to-market plans and pricing strategies.
  • Client Partnership: Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts; cultivate C-suite and EVP/SVP relationships at pharmaceutical companies with the heads of market access, trade, heads of brands and portfolios
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data teams to ensure offerings are competitive and aligned to client objectives.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of pharma industry trends, access challenges, and digital health innovations to guide strategy and ensure relevance.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and performance updates to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare technology, or life sciences business development
  • Proven success selling copay, affordability, or hub services solutions to pharma manufacturers
  • 7+ years of team leadership, including scaling sales teams and mentoring managers
  • Deep understanding of commercial pharma operations, brand marketing, and patient access challenges
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience at a digital health, patient access, or pharma services company
  • Familiarity with formulary management, specialty pharmacy distribution, or payer strategies
  • Track record of launching innovative pricing or affordability solutions in the market

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors.
