About This Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior People Analytics Manager to lead our people analytics function. This role will serve as the key architect of our people analytics vision and a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders and HRBPs. You will build, scale, and operationalize analytics capabilities across the employee lifecycle to enable data-informed decisions at all levels of the organization.

This is an opportunity to build the future state of People Analytics at GoodRx, working at the intersection of HR, data analysis, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide People Analytics strategy aligned with HR and company goals. Create and own roadmaps and project plans to help mature the people analytics function.
  • Serve as the primary advisor on all things people data and analytics to senior people team leadership.

Analytics & Insights Delivery

  • Build dashboards, models, and reporting solutions that provide insight into areas like attrition, hiring funnel performance, DEI, internal mobility, promotions, and performance.
  • Translate complex data into compelling, actionable stories tailored for key stakeholders in the business.

Platform Implementation & Ownership:

  • Own and evolve our people analytics technology stack, including Visier; lead implementation of new modules and features.
  • Manage vendor relationships, keep up with the latest offerings within our tools but also regularly assess the effectiveness of existing vs new platforms.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner cross-functionally with sub-functions within HR like Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Performance Management and DEI teams to solve strategic business problems using data and analytics.
  • Develop self-service tools and training to enable HRBPs and business leaders to make data-informed decisions.

Culture of Data Fluency

  • Coach and empower HR and business stakeholders to ask the right questions and engage with analytics confidently.
  • Promote a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making across the People function.

What We're Looking For

  • BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Computer Science or Human Resources Management with coursework in organizational behavior and HR Information Systems.
  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR data analysis, and workforce intelligence, including developing and executing long-term roadmaps for analytics capability-building.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a People Analytics function, with hands-on experience in designing system integrations, building dashboards, and delivering scalable reporting solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects across HR, Finance, IT, and business leadership.
  • Deep expertise in Visier (including implementation experience) and advanced reporting capabilities within Workday and other enterprise HRIS/BI platforms.
  • Data Analysis Tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau.
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and board audiences.
  • Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects, navigating ambiguity, and effectively prioritizing work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience advising C-level executives on people trends, organizational risks, and strategic workforce planning.

$151,000.00 - $242,000.00

New York Office:
$139,000.00 - $222,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$126,000.00 - $202,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$113,000.00 - $182,000.00
