About the Role:

We're seeking a high-performing, team-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales-ideally in the healthcare space-to join our growing partnerships team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing net new business opportunities across both the consumer health and provider verticals, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with lower-tier accounts.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector, comfortable building pipelines from scratch and managing relationships through the full sales lifecycle. You must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and be equally skilled at both hunting and cultivating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close net new B2B opportunities with healthcare-focused organizations (e.g., digital health companies, provider networks, EHR platforms, telehealth, wellness brands) and consumer brands
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts, manage inbound interest, and convert leads into long-term partners
  • Grow emerging accounts, serving as a point of contact for expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partner success and internal alignment
  • Drive partner engagement and evolve brand perception through strategic influence and relationship-building; be a closer
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report on pipeline activity, revenue potential, and deal progress
  • Stay current on healthcare and consumer industry trends, emerging players, and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred (digital health, health tech, provider services, etc.)
  • Skilled in solution selling and relationship-based growth strategies
  • Ability to manage a dual portfolio of new business and account management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and works well with cross-functional teams

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience selling into both consumer-oriented healthcare brands and provider networks
  • Prior work with APIs, healthcare data platforms, or technology partnerships
  • Familiarity with EHRs, PBMs, or pharmacy tech

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$151,000.00 - $242,000.00

New York Office:
$139,000.00 - $222,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$126,000.00 - $202,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$113,000.00 - $182,000.00
