We are seeking a driven professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Working alongside our Insurance Asset Management coverage team for North America, this individual will partner with our dedicated investment and strategy teams across both public and private markets to manage, enhance and develop client relationships.

The Insurance Asset Management team provides innovative solutions for life, health, property and casualty and reinsurance companies across a broad spectrum of products and asset classes, including private debt, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, fixed income and equities. In addition, the team collaborate with clients on topics including asset allocation, risk budgeting and asset / liability management. Globally focused, our insurance team manages general account insurance assets for clients across Europe, North America, Bermuda, Asia and the Middle East.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

As a Vice President, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships and maintaining existing relationships with insurance companies across North America.

  • Develop and execute a business plan, which outlines opportunities with new and existing clients, a service plan and specific deliverables
  • Collaborate with our investment and insurance strategy teams to create customized solutions for our clients

QUALIFICATIONS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the insurance asset management industry in North America
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, capital markets and public and private investment strategies
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic
  • Strong relationships with insurance clients
  • Undergraduate degree in business or finance related studies preferred

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$290000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
