RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with monthly close tax account analysis and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of US and Canadian Sales and Use Tax Returns.
- Assist with filing and reconciling business personal property returns and value notices.
- Research and reconciliation of outstanding unclaimed property.
- Specific research to resolve customer and dealer indirect tax questions.
- Support projects related to indirect tax function as assigned by manager.
- Participate in required intern events
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge
- Efficient with computer technology.
- Academic knowledge of tax, accounting or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Skills
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and use new technology.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Good written and oral communication skills.

Experience
- Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Accounting or a related field.
