RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and communicate customer requirements to provide innovative solutions and recommend system, product and process enhancements
- Leverage innovation tools, creative processes, and diverse cross-functional experts to generate ideas
- Focus on constantly improving processes, products, and services and exploring innovative ways to do the job
- Communicates potential benefits of new ideas to stakeholders
- Influences others by creating a participative, empowered environment to gain acceptance of ideas or plans using appropriate interpersonal styles and methods
- Work collaboratively with the Program/Product Managers to advise on the creation and partners to communicate product road map initiatives to the teams that result in great experiences for our customers

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Additional knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, SAS or R is a plus
Skills
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently or in a collaborative team setting
Experience
- Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's (rising senior) or higher from an accredited college or university in General Business, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Math, Statistics or related areas with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship required
- Certified in Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
- Previous internships using Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
Working Conditions
- Hybrid Work Model (2 days a week in-office)
- Internship will be based in Fort Worth, TX
- Must participate in all GMF sponsored events for interns
