The AVP of Process Excellence will be responsible for leading and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall quality and customer satisfaction through process discovery and modeling, process analysis and improvement, and OPEX/BPM training. The AVP will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives and training programs.
Provide training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Prepare and present reports on process improvement activities and outcomes to senior management.
Perform other duties as assigned. Confirm with all company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the underlying causes of inefficiencies or gaps in business processes.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence leaders and employees at all levels.
Skilled at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to lead, develop and engage a team
Work Experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience required
5-7 years of experience managing complex projects (non-IT) required
5-7 years in process design (or process improvement certification) required
3-5 years management or leadership experience required
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification required
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
Working Conditions
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, fast-paced office environment
Subject to regular deadlines and stressful situations
Long hours may be required in order to meet departmental goals
Occasional travel might be required (less than 10%)
