Job Description Summary
As a Technical Planning Coordinator, you will be owning the overall supervisor's assignment plan in MEA regions and responsible for selecting or developing skills of more than sixty supervisors in MEA regions to execute our Maintenance or E&C projects.
You will also be responsible for meticulously crafting and managing project schedules, resource allocation. You are critical in coordinating tasks, optimizing resource usage, and mitigating potential delays.
The role requires a lot of autonomy but supported by our local Field Service Manager to meet the customer expectation. to be a successful candidate, you will need an excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating technical document (Method statement, Operational documents/Instructions/Safety) repository with the detail co-ordination with the team
- Coordinate closely with Site Managers to monitor on-site construction and commissioning progress
- Support EHS(PREMOB), quality, and compliance initiatives throughout project planning and execution phases
- Understanding of EPC project lifecycle and interdependencies across engineering, supply chain, and construction
- Working closely with PMs and FSMs to create Work orders and perform PREMOB for Load forecast
- Create and present progress and performance reports to Management
- Propose the training and development plan of the team and recording skills in our ERP
- Assist Field Service leader in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans
- Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking of the Field Service Managers
- Acts as a resource for colleagues, explains information, developing skills to bring team members to level requested by the field/project
- On a daily base, establish, coordinate, and monitor projects plans to ensure that goals and objectives are met and adjust plans as needed to ensure completion within the budget
- On a quarter base, analyze data and trends to identify load peak and drop to adapt our capacity with the load, launch Visa process and develop missing competencies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, or related field
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, Arabic and French will be a plus
- Knowledge of SAP (PS/MM/SD modules) or Oracle-based ERP systems
- Lead the development of integrated, resource-loaded schedules (Level 1-5) for AIS, GIS, and GCB projects using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Minimum 8 years working experience as a Technical Manager
- Experience in customer relationship management, project implementation and technical analysis
