This position will have two main areas of focus:
1.Partnering with the Solutions leader for Industrial Electrification, enabling Power Conversion and Storage growth by coordinating the global strategy definition & strategy deployment process for the Industrial electrification solutions group.
2.Liaise with the other marketing leaders to understand holistically the global Power Conversion and Storage strategy and partnering with North America General Manager to foster growth in the region considering regional nuances, legislations and player ecosystem.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide market intelligence to the Industrial Electrification segment, including but not limited to: Key projects, customers, ecosystem analysis, market trends.
- Understand and be an advocate of the ambitious growth strategy that was defined. Actively propose improvements and adjustments
- Create and monitor a strategy deployment plan, agreed with all relevant business functions.
- Own the pipeline creation for the North America region and for the Industry Electrification segment globally.
- With support from functional teams, assure regional readiness and competitiveness to quote the new introduced offerings, identifying gaps and creating strategies to close them.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience on roles with proven indirect leadership over other business functions
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on go-to-market / business strategy role
Desired Characteristics
- Electrical/Electronical Engineering degree
- Proficiency on generating insights from data analysis and building business cases
- Proven experience & knowledge on at least one heavy industry (Mining, Steel, Oil & Gas, Water, Power Generation)
- Knowledge of regulation and legislation in US, and how it shapes industry capex
- Proven experience & knowledge of go-to-market strategy definition, focusing on end-users directly
- Ability to manage and deliver results through a matrixed organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
