Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to prepare competitive bids and negotiate terms autonomously.
- Drive business growth by winning contracts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments.
- Prepare competitive and compliant tender submissions for high voltage Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installations, along with Power Transformer services.
- Execute the commercial operating plan for Pacific Services, ensuring margin and top-line growth.
- Formulate and develop competitive proposals while managing operational and commercial risks in collaboration with Utilities, Generation companies, and Industries.
- Ensure commercial terms align with GE guidelines, securing necessary management approvals.
- Maintain accurate data in the CRM system (Salesforce) for precise sales planning.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business forecasts and meet growth KPIs.
- Develop targeted sales strategies and manage support from specialized expertise.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build and maintain customer relationships and close deals.
- Manage and motivate Channel Partners to achieve sales targets and enhance channel effectiveness

About you:
- Electrical Engineer or possess an Electrical trade qualification.
- Successful experience in Service Sales, Tendering, or Projects within Electrical High Voltage Products or related sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the sales process from quotes to tendering.
- Proven ability to develop winning proposals and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in Pacific markets is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in English, Dutch, and/or French.
