What impact you'll make
We are looking for a motivated student in their final Bachelor's year or currently enrolled in a master's program in Engineering or a related technical field to join our Product Quality team for a 12-month internship.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality processes across our HGP / Repair or Rotor areas and to contribute to real improvement initiatives in a global industrial environment.

Job Description
What you'll do
- Support the implementation and optimization of Built-In Quality (BIQ) processes in the Rotor / HGP / or Repair areas.
- Assist with non-conformance (NCN) reviews and learn about defect follow-up procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions with guidance and help track preventive actions.
- Maintain and update quality-related documents such as checklists, control plans, and procedures.
- Support gage and calibration plan management tasks in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Contribute to internal audits, quality walkdowns, and data collection for reporting quality KPIs.
- Participate in smaller continuous improvement projects under supervision.
What you'll bring
- Currently in the final year of a bachelor's or enrolled in a master's program in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship or academic project in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement is a plus.
- Available for a 12-month full-time internship (as part of study program or post-coursework practical training).
What will make you stand out
- Interest in quality assurance and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good organization and documentation skills.
- Team player with strong communication abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to Minitab, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German
