Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Intern will assist with various tasks throughout the company, including but not limited to proposal support, collateral development, marketing communications support (internal and external communications), market research and analysis, content creation, and some administrative duties supporting the commercial sales and marketing team.
This is a 6 months Internship assignment, during which the Marketing Intern will support the execution of global marketing strategies for a fast-paced, growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for marketing, communications, and analytics. They will have excellent attention to detail, project and time management skills, and a strong sense of accountability and autonomy (including comfort working remotely). They must be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and feel comfortable working on multiple projects and reporting to varying seniority levels simultaneously

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement, execute and manage marketing projects that support the overall business objectives of the company and global sales.
- Provide planning, logistics, and execution support for a slate of global events and conferences
- Edit and create marketing collateral, working with a team of graphic designers
- Help manage website content, working with our web team
- Support the commercial team with new business proposals
- Conduct and compile market research
- Support content creation by reviewing, editing, and contributing to blogs / briefs / social media content
- Support internal and external communications efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in-progress in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field of study
- Previous co-op or internship experience preferred
- Candidate must be detail-oriented in work approach and execution
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
