You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify waste, optimize processes, and support cultural transformation aligned with the GE Vernova Lean operating system.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Lean events (Kaizens, A3 problem-solving, value stream mapping, Gemba walks, etc.)
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities across workflows
- Assist in developing standard work and visual management tools
- Track and report key Lean metrics (lead time, first-pass yield, takt time, etc.)
- Coach teams on Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Heijunka, and Kanban
- Support training initiatives in Lean thinking and practices
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people
- Collaborate with leadership to align Lean initiatives with business goals
- Partner with digital and engineering teams to drive automation and efficiency
Additional Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / operations
- 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma background, or strong continuous improvement experience
- Comfortable with "hands on" approach
- Strong knowledge of lean tools and methods
- Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, energy is preferred
