Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create a lean vision and implement a lean strategy across the Electrical CoE supply base.
- Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, supplier lead-time, on-time delivery and product cost Support suppliers in developing value stream maps and eliminating process waste through the application & implementation of lean techniques.
- Deploy & operationalize Lean/MOREWIND broadly across the COE, thereby reducing waste and driving efficiencies
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
- Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics.
- May guide others to consider a different point of view.
- Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives.
- Work is subject to functional policy objectives.
- Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business.
- Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international).

The base pay range for this position is $108,800.00 - $181,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
