Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Lead Reporting Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all project and program reporting requirements. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support executive decision-making and project performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of project and program reporting frameworks aligned with stakeholder requirements.

Consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g., cost, schedule, risk, procurement, document control) into clear, concise dashboards and reports.

Oversee preparation of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for senior management, clients, and partners.

Define and enforce reporting standards, templates, KPIs, and best practices across projects.

Liaise with planning, cost control, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting inputs.

Support project reviews, audits, and board-level reporting with tailored presentations and data insights.

Ensure compliance with internal governance, contractual reporting obligations, and audit trails.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project/program reporting or project controls, including leadership responsibilities.

Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting software/tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in energy, construction, engineering, infrastructure, IT is a plus.

Advanced Excel, Power Query, or VBA knowledge.

Familiarity with document management systems and project control processes.
