Job Description Summary
This position reports into the Region FP&A Manager North Europe within the Grid Solution Integration (GSI) Business Line and is a pivotal position within the FP&A team, covering the GSI North South Europe Region.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for headcount cost allocations including temporary labour, monthly movements, and reconciliation to HQ information. Also, management of intercompany purchase orders & invoicing for resources hosted in the Region countries for other Regions & countries.
- Custodian of SAP data for cost centers & profit centers - including new requests and cleansing of the current data.
- Analysis of direct labour: effectiveness, missing time sheets & reviews with departmental managers where applicable and assist with the monthly recovery forecasting & analysis of actuals.
- Management & allocation of the Stafford site costs including rent, rates, facilities management, and utilities between GSI NE Region, UK PDG HVDC & other Business Lines (GA & PT). Owner of the reconciliation of the ACA ledger for the UK Legal Entity.
- Monthly Sales & Tendering actual reporting and forecasting of tendering hours interacting with the Tender Region Leader. Review of tendering purchase orders from the ACS & HVDC COE teams, and allocations where applicable.
- General month end duties including running allocation cycles, internal order settlements, month end journals, raising recharge invoices, reconciliations from SAP to HQ (FCC) information.
- General tasks including support in purchase order requisition approvals, processing of invoice validations for UK Site costs, budgetary and Long-Term Strategy.

Required Qualification/Skills:
- Solid experience in finance, particularly in positions related to planning and financial analysis.
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Strong skills in quantitative data analysis
- Ability to deliver to deadlines with accuracy.
- English Fluent
