You will have overall ownership of Indirect Sourcing activities for the assigned countries and commodities.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Manage RFQ, negotiations , selection and contracting for local business needs
- Ensure contract execution (prices, delivery and quality terms) for suppliers based
- Manage with the functional leaders major fulfillment issues
- Responsible to deliver metrics for the business ( all saving type, cash, supplier consolidation, PSL%)
- Use actual reporting tools for savings, cash , PSL modification ( Imanage, Smartsheet, WF etc.)
- Manage supplier contracts and any modifications within contracts
- Ensure ordering strategy execution as decided with the functional leaders
- Ensure adequate communication between functions and the supplier by implementing the right communication tools
- Responsible for Suppliers performance , manage and report out QBR sessions
- Manage information systems tool by updating the sourcing data base regarding prices, contracts, LCC content, E-auction numbers,
- Be the production control contact for any sourcing issue with the functional leaders,
- Co-ordinate respective buyers and requisitioners,
- Coordinate local and remote teams as required
- Participate in planning processes,
- Drive sourcing initiatives (fulfillment, cost productivity, lead times, capacity, digitization, quality),
- Drive manual PO reduction and implement e-tools

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Business or Technical Education (University) from an accredited university/college,
- Significant experience in Sourcing,
- Relevant experience in remote stakeholder and supplier management
- Demonstrated experience in remote team Leader or team coordinator role
- Fluent English AND Hungarian knowledge is essential
- Analytical and communication skills,
- Project management skills,
- Basic financial & legal knowledge.
What will make you stand out
- Excellent execution skills and Manufacturing experience preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt,
- Proven leadership skills.
Additional Notes:
- Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
- This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
