Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns in accordance with Turkish tax regulations
• Conduct monthly and quarterly account analysis for both statutory and US GAAP ledgers; prepare the local general ledger
• Perform quarterly reconciliations between statutory books and US GAAP ledgers, and assess differences within the accounting policy framework
• Support year-end external audit processes, including accurate and timely preparation of financial disclosures
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); sound understanding of US GAAP
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance
• Strong oral and written language skills in English
• Familiarity with hybrid working environments
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Istanbul or Kocaeli
