Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and verify high-quality composite blade repairs, adhering to specified instructions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports on repair processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) compliance with GE and local regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular blade inspections and collaborate with engineering teams to address issues.
  • Organize and oversee repair activities, maintaining strict adherence to established protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage repair teams.
  • Travel extensively (up to 90% of the time) to various locations, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in laminate repairs, with a preference for blade repair experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams; Rope Access Certification preferred.
  • Basic Workplace First Aid knowledge to ensure safety in field operations.
