Les principales responsabilités consistent à assurer le lien entre les différents acteurs/bénéficiaires d'un transport (Fournisseurs, Transporteurs, Transitaires, Douane, Sourcing, Production, Engineering et autres clients internes) afin de faire livrer à l'heure et conformément au cahier des charges les matériels requis.

Ces responsabilités se déclinent ainsi :

  • Apporter son support à tout intervenant du transport (Fournisseurs, Transporteurs, Transitaires, Douane) pour qu'il puisse réaliser sa part des tâches à accomplir, afin de prévenir/effacer tout retard.
  • Etablir, si besoin, le contact entre les acteurs successifs des transports aériens, routiers, maritimes, ferroviaires et " express courrier " ;
  • Assurer le lien entre les clients internes GE Power Belfort (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering notamment) et les transitaires des différents centres logistiques, qui organisent nos expéditions.
  • Informer, à leur demande, les Buyers et autres clients sur la situation de leurs transports.
  • Reporter au management les résultats de l'activité transport au moyen de données centralisées à extraire et analyser.
  • Proposer des améliorations / simplifications en concertation avec l'équipe. Analyser le flux de valeur de toute la chaine logistique.
  • Organiser les transports liés au processus de sous-traitance des pièces en respect des règles douanières.
  • Organiser le transport des pièces vendues à GE Services Amsterdam.

Job Description

The main responsibilities consist in ensuring the link between the various actors/beneficiaries of transport (Suppliers, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Customs, Sourcing, Production, Engineering and other internal customers) in order to have the required equipment delivered on time and in accordance with the specifications.

These responsibilities are broken down as follows:

  • Provide support to any transport operator (Suppliers, Carriers, Freight Forwarders, Customs) so that they can perform their part of the tasks to be completed, in order to prevent/erase any delays.
  • Establish, if necessary, contact between successive actors in air, road, maritime, rail and "express mail" transport;
  • Ensure the link between GE Power Belfort's internal customers (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering in particular) and the freight forwarders of the various logistics centers, who organize our shipments.
  • Inform Buyers and other customers on the status of their transport at their request.
  • Report to management the results of the transport activity using centralized data to be extracted and analyzed.
  • Suggest improvements/simplifications in consultation with the team. Analyze the value flow of the entire supply chain.
  • Organize transport related to the parts subcontracting process in compliance with customs rules.
  • Organize the transport of parts sold to GE Services Amsterdam.

What student are we looking for?

Minimum Bac+3 student and the desired length of learning is 2 years.

• Autonomy and ability to work in a team, good spirit of analysis and synthesis

• Ability to process a large amount of information on a daily basis in a reliable and reactive manner, ability to adapt to unforeseen events and to implement concrete solutions in compliance with specifications by optimizing quality, time and cost.
