Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex and confidential administrative activities requiring analytical application and independent judgment in support of the Region Management Team.
- Provide administrative services including telephone coverage, mail and fax processing and distribution, file maintenance, ordering of office supplies and office hardware.
- Develop presentations, memos, charts, proposals, correspondence, etc.
- Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate facility and customer meetings.
- Interface with customers and other visitors.
- Provide administrative support to multiple staff members.
- Receive and refer telephone information, direct routine matters for action, answer questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the proper resources.
- Knowledge of quality ISO9001:2015
- Cultivate a strong culture for quality and compliance throughout the assigned plant - Act as the quality ambassador
- Provide overall quality leadership, direction and support for the plant.
- Actively participate in the Quality calls as per assignment
- Promote quality engagement and collaboration with all team members
- Provide Quality Management System (QMS) leadership & direction to all levels of the plant.

Qualifications:
• Associate Degree or equivalent administrative experience.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to interact as a strong team player.
• Experience in handling and maintaining extremely confidential information.
• Demonstrated experience in operation of mainframe and personal computer systems and software applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English
• O&M Plant management experience - 3 year minimum
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and GE Power QMS
• "Qualified Auditor" status
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
