We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO & PPC for our Digital Marketing team. This is a remote home office position with occasional meetings in the King of Prussia office for those who are local to PA. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and collaborate closely with other Digital Marketing Specialists focused on email marketing and marketing automation to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that supports the customer journey.

What You Will Do:

As a SEO & PPC Specialist, you will leverage your sharp digital marketing skills to attract and convert users across various digital channels. The ideal candidate has experience working with a team to influence strategy and can take ownership of execution, managing both paid and organic campaigns, programmatic advertising, retargeting, and social media ads including audience targeting, bid strategies, and performance optimization. Additionally, you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies to enhance organic search rankings and attract high-quality traffic

• Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, leveraging advanced bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and achieve strong ROAS, CPC, and CPA outcomes

• Communicate design needs to Creative Team and manage A/B testing initiatives to continuously refine campaign performance, messaging, and creative elements

• Leverage programmatic advertising, retargeting, and social media campaigns (including Meta and LinkedIn) to broaden reach and re-engage potential customers

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to uncover growth opportunities, boost online visibility, and inform content strategy

• Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to optimize on-page SEO elements—such as meta descriptions, title tags, and alt text—ensuring alignment with best practices and brand messaging

• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush to drive data-informed decisions

• Stay current on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Your skills and Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience including using multiple initiatives in various digital marketing channels including SEO pay-per-click (PPC), digital display, and social media using various bidding strategies (ROAS, CPC, CPA, Maximize Conversions)

• Demonstrated history of meeting goals and objectives through lead generation strategies with a strong understanding of digital channels, methods and trends

• Solid creative marketing, analysis, campaign management, and short-form copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and a good grasp of what makes content interesting and engaging

• Organized with analytical mindset and a passion for continual optimization

• Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus

• Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is a plus

Competitive base pay starting at $60,743. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
