Description

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office at a minimum of three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business and two times per week remote.

Your Role:
As a Social Media Intern, you will assist our Social Media Manager in executing day-to-day activities, supporting influencer collaborations, and working cross-functionally with agencies and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and influencer management within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in managing day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

- Help track and manage influencer partnerships, from outreach to content scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Support in creating and curating social media content, including graphics, captions, and video edits, by managing the process with agencies.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest content improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance and help generate reports for the team.
- Assist in organizing and executing influencer-driven events or promotions.

Your Skills & Abilities:

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
