The Role
The Voice of Customer Data Analyst is responsible for acquiring and analyzing customer survey and to drive product and process improvements, to improve initial and long-term quality, and customer satisfaction. Our Data Analytics team supports operational improvement and business decision-making through statistical analysis of ah-hoc survey data and tracking data sets.
What You'll Do
- Voice of Customer Data Analysis, Reporting and Standard Work:
- Develop, implement and manage customer quality studies
- Develop business plan targets and track performance to targets
- Develop global tools to deploy and analyze data
- Report performance in customer quality metrics to leadership
- Develop and implement data management methodologies
- Develop/support processes for use of data for Quality and other functions (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Administration

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Knowledge:
- Requires knowledge of the entire enterprise as many functions are supported
- Requires knowledge of quality systems, analysis and statistical techniques, market research and information (IT) systems
- Skills:
- Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Working effectively with others from other functions, regions and cultures
- Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree (preferred)

- Competencies:
- Ability to process information from variety of sources to make decisions
