Description
- Consolidate the Retail Innovation org's monthly actuals and forecasts for finance reporting and provide insights for primary drivers
- Provide general monthly performance reports to business partners
- In charge of tracking each team's budgets and forecasts and identifying areas of risk and opportunity while communicating findings to business partners
- Responsible to track Digital Retail Platform Business Case, monitor expense tracking, understanding new scope changes and future impact for the organization
- In charge to monito Fulfillment Center execution and assure cost targets are met
- Lead Mobile Service financial reporting to monitor profitability status by VIN and region
- In charge of CAPEX forecast elaboration, close interaction with stakeholders to meet corporate targets
- Responsible for managing each team's global ledger and ensuring that everything ties out correctly. This includes performing monthly journal entries to cross charge expenses, reclass payments, accruing items, etc
- Providing finance support to all business partners for ad-hoc requests and projects that arise
- In charge of managing business partners PO's, invoices, IO's, etc for numerous vendors
- Work frequently with technical accounting to assist business partners accounting needs

Additional Description
Required Skills:
- Very strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills to interact with numerous business partners across the organization
- 5+ Years Finance /Accounting Experience
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles including ability to perform financial statement analysis
- Facility to deal with ambiguity and come to simple ways to solve problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure deliverables and dealer payments are on time consistently
- Strong familiarity with accounting principles
- Persistence in problem solving, improving, and innovating processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Familiarity with Hyperion/retrieve/forecast entering and journal entry process
- Experience using SAP to generate financial reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ year of financial experience and bachelors degree in finance or accounting
- Experience with managing a vast network of business partners
- Comfort with, and ability to clearly communicate complex financial analysis and recommendations to business partners
- Location: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM - Global Technical Center HQ Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
