What you'll Do?
You will support business decision-making and operational improvements by conducting ad-hoc statistical analysis on selected business data and self-constructed datasets. This role involves close collaboration with the dealer network to evaluate and support strategic decisions such as opening or closing stores, based on market behavior, industry trends, and sales performance. You will deliver insights to guide dealer recommendations, validate timing and relevance of network actions, and provide internal support to the sales team by analyzing network performance and location strategy. Your ability to interpret results and turn data into actionable strategies will be essential, using tools such as advanced Excel and Power BI in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- You will work on describing enterprise or vehicle performance using statistical methods and craft ad-hoc
- Reports to share findings and recommendations with business partners.
- Data analysis and interpretation datas
- You thrive in reciprocal environments with leaders and managers to resolve and address ad-hoc data and reporting needs.
- Build statistical models that depict company-wide trends.
- You will perform testing and validation of data sets.
- Monitor automotive industry trends and sales performance to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with dynamic analytical requests from stakeholders.
Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Finance, Business or related fields.
- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years
- English Level: Advanced.
- Business Intelligence/Reporting Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of business decision-making processes and network performance analysis.
- Proficient in statistical methods such as regression, probability analysis, risk analysis, statistical process
Hybrid : This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills
- Using your extensive experience, data, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience.
- You enjoy the challenge of determining the meaning of data and explaining how various teams and leaders can leverage it to improve and streamline their processes.
- You enjoy keeping defined structures in documentation and data and have a large toolset in statistical methodologies to tackle business problems.
