Description
Remote OR Hybrid - This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of the Warren Tech Center or you are expected to report to that location three times a week at minimum.

The Role:
The Marketing Strategic Insights Analyst informs creative performance, brand strategy and positioning recommendations through project planning, data sourcing, and insights building. They will work with GM internal and contractor teams, as well as associated vendor and agency teams to support the MSI team vision of driving growth through strategic insights, building a best-in-class marketing toolset, and establishing marketing best practices.

In this role, they will build project roadmaps, compile learning agendas, as well as leverage various tools and data sources to identify key learnings. They work cross-functionally and collaboratively, developing expertise in creative performance, consumer behavior, and brand health insights to guide marketing decisions.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Managing multiple project timelines and solution roadmaps from planning through delivery
- Supporting team leads in developing insights storytelling, strategic recommendations, and leadership presentations
- Collaborating across research and analytics disciplines to deliver insights POVs and performance tracking across Demand Spaces, Creative Excellence, and Brand Power KPIs
- Application of Ehrenberg Bass philosophies of brand growth to insights and recommendations
- Managing intake of marketing DEI data and insights from internal and agency teams for performance tracking
- Refining workable data sets and data tagging for insights generation
- Sourcing first-party data, syndicated data and secondary research to support development of insights updates
- Maintaining ongoing inventory of best practices, available tools and methodologies, along with training/reference materials
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of marketing and/or agency experience required
- Comfortable establishing and enabling new processes, ways of working, and best practices
- Highly organized and process-oriented, easily able to manage and prioritize multiple high priority projects
- Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional internal teams, agencies and vendors
- A consumer-centric, results-driven mindset with career progression of increasing responsibility
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge ( Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or interest in marketing strategy, consumer insights, or brand performance
- High acumen for learning and using a variety of data tools, dashboards, and data visualization techniques (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
- The salary range for this role is ($88,500 - $141,400). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pays program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
