Description
Entry level internship Studio Engineer working under the general mentorship of Design Technical Specialists, responsible for creating technical solutions for automotive vehicles and other mobility products including but not limited to: exteriors, interiors, automotive architectures.
Work collaboratively in a team of design personnel to achieve design goals as defined by leadership. Follow design process from initial sketches through final release of models. Present technical proposals to deliver design visions and concepts sufficient to communicate thought process to management and leadership. Capable of developing 2D and 3D representations of proposed design technical solutions.
Works closely with team members and cross-functional partners in sculpting and creative design to negotiate criteria and communicate design intent. Understands program timelines and task completion in a deadline driven environment

Collaborate frequently with design team, sculpting organization, and fabrication teams in the development of new designs. Maintain knowledge of current design trends and technology. Present ideas frequently to management and leadership to communicate Design technical ideas. Work duties involve a considerable amount of technical knowledge and creativity problem solving as well as a strong degree of skill and accuracy to deliver work in a deadline driven environment.
