Description
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre, three times per week at minimum.
The successful candidate will be a key finance partner for CCA operating staff with timely and relevant reporting and analysis that drives informed business decisions. The candidate will also own key pricing systems and drive the implementation of pricing policy across key areas of the CCA and Accessories business (dealer pinks, core, LPO accessories, ACO accessories). This is a hybrid role and will require some onsite travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide robust financial analysis, consultation, and decision support
- Provide line financial ownership including analysis and review of line / channel profitability, pricing analysis and promotions, stock lifts & incentive program evaluation
- Inspire change and innovation in financial models, decision-making tools and select the best method of presenting and visualizing key insight data
- Lead mass, strategic, and targeted price change system processes
- Manage and maintain pricing system (GSP) and pricing tools
- Maintain outstanding relationships with business partners
- Lead by example displaying GM behaviors, commitment to personal development and dedication to building a positive Workplace of Choice culture
- Assist team with understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to operational strategy/ Enterprise goals

Additional Description
- 3+ years of business experience with demonstrated business judgement
- Strong relationship management skills
- Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
- Intermediate Skills in Data Analytics, Data Visualization, Database Management, and System Management (Power BI, GSP, SPOBARS)
- Attention to detail; demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize assignments / projects and multi-task within restricted time constraints
- Drive for results and ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally
- Post secondary education required
