Demand & Supply Management Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the execution of the demand and supply process to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.
- This Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and sources. As a leader, you will be responsible for supporting relationship management with SUP sources and logistic suppliers.
- Ability to understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts.
- Assess sources schedules / logistics itineraries and its impact on sales availability.
- Handle complex capacity constraint issues and propose countermeasures to mitigate sales impacts.
- Assess inventory levels to guarantee sales necessities while keeping healthy free cash flow KPI.
- Collaborate cross functionally to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership.
- Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.

Additional Description
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineer, or related Careers.
- Experience: Solid knowledge on Supply Chain Management and Sales & Operational Planning.
- Microsoft Office: intermediate level. Solid knowledge in Excel and Power BI. Knowledge in Data Analytics.
- English: advanced level.
- Spanish: advanced level.
- Availability to work in Bogota, Colombia, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person = Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge on Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Strategies, Inventory Management, Procurement are highly required.
- MBA/MSC will be a plus.
- Previous experience as a people leader. Solid technical Leadership skill to support the DSM, Logistics, Financial and Sales Operations teams on change management to drive a robust Demand & Supply process.
- Knowledge of Portuguese (desirable).
- Knowledge of Data Tools (desirable).
