Controllership Systems Admin Senior Analyst

Description

Workiva Wdesk Workspace Owner and Security Admin

  • Co-owner of the GM WDesk Workspace (Production and Test Environment)
  • Manage and approve access requests for Workiva - General Motors Co Workspace, Wdata Test Environment, and Transformation Test Environment
  • Maintain user groups based on predefined roles and groups as aligned with SEC (10K and 10Q) and other Document Owners (RRR, IR, QAR, etc.)
  • Publish changes made in the QAR Chain Build to the destination documents, including IR, RRR, and QAR decks.
  • Facilitates centralized governance process over change management

CMS Task Management and Help Desk

  • Maintain and update SEC CMS workflow due dates and assignments
  • Prepare and issue CMS quarterly, including updating workbook links, attaching SEC-prepared templates, reviewing for simple tie outs
  • Consolidate the regional templates submission using excel (SEC will retain analysis of consolidated submission)
  • Manage and facilitate the issuance and modification of periodic CMS tasks owned by various Controllership function

10K and 10Q Document Permissions Administration

  • Manage accesses and submission window of 10K and 1Q, including source files.
  • Facilitate document archiving and roll-forward (SEC, Regional, BU)
